Montalbano di Fasano: the sunset of the Knights

The history of the Knights spans the centuries, wars and nations. The charm of their companies has remained unchanged for a millennium, and the legend that surrounds them is still alive. They are the Knights of Malta, an order born even before the Templars. Puglia and in particular our territory, experienced a consistent presence of the order. Crossroads between East and West, it offered fertile lands to be cultivated, farms and ports of embarkation to the Holy Land. What is the legend of the Holy Grail? Perhaps it will be that our caves will have been sacred hiding places for the riches of the knights? Get ready for an adventure without equal, in search of hidden secrets, indelible traces of their passage, between fortified farms, cave caves hidden in the Mediterranean, castles facing the sea to sail once again in the Holy Land ... this time with the heart ... the heart of a knight in an ocean of secrets and legends.

The route is available in trekking or on horseback both in the morning and in the afternoon.
At the end there will be a stop with tasting of extra virgin olive oil of organic production, accompanied by homemade bread, samples of local products and a glass of wine of native vines.
